How Dynamic Cinema Productions handles information about you and the terms that govern our work together.
Privacy policy

What we collect
When you contact us via the website, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you share with us — typically your name, email, phone number, project type, property or brand details, and any notes you include. We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data.
How we use it
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, schedule shoots, deliver media, send invoices, and stay in touch about active or upcoming projects. We may use anonymized analytics to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it.
How we store it
Client information is stored in industry-standard tools we use to run the studio — accounting software, project management, and email. We retain client records for as long as needed to operate our business and meet tax and legal requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share details only with team members and contractors directly involved in your project, and with service providers (accounting, file delivery, hosting) under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to update, export, or delete the information we hold about you. Email matt@dynamiccinemaproductions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Imagery rights
Media we create for a client is licensed to that client for the agreed-upon use. Dynamic Cinema Productions retains the right to use stills and clips in our portfolio, reels, and marketing channels unless we have signed a separate agreement.
Terms of service
Scope
These terms apply to anyone who engages Dynamic Cinema Productions for production services — real estate media, commercial content, tourism films, or related photo, video, drone, and 3D work. Project-specific terms, deliverables, and pricing are set in writing in the individual proposal or contract you sign with us.
Booking & payment
Shoots are confirmed when a booking is in place and any required deposit is paid. Final invoices are due on the timeline stated in the proposal. Late payments may pause delivery of files.
Reschedules & cancellations
Weather, access issues, and emergencies happen — we work with clients to reschedule when needed. Same-day cancellations outside of weather may incur a fee that covers crew time already committed.
Delivery
Standard turnaround times are listed in each proposal. Rush options are available when our schedule allows.
Drone operations
All drone work is conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots and follows airspace, altitude, and privacy regulations.
Liability
Dynamic Cinema Productions carries general liability and equipment insurance. Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The current version always lives at this URL.
